When should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment. This allows you to relax in our cozy waiting area and leave the stress of the day behind. We also suggest turning off your phone. You don’t need to bring any special clothing or towels – everything is prepared for you.
What happens if I’m late?
Any delay will be deducted from your massage time. Our schedule is tightly organized, and we want every client to enjoy a premium, carefully prepared experience.
What should I do if I can’t come?
Please cancel your appointment by phone at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule. Appointments that are canceled too late or not at all will unfortunately be charged at full price. Thank you for your understanding.
When will I receive my voucher and how do I pay?
After completing the form on our voucher page, you will be redirected to a page with our bank details. Please add CHF 5 for processing and shipping. Once your payment has been received, we will send the voucher to the address you provided.
